Accessing Siri after ios 13

Hi all,
I was able to access Siri by pressing & holding the voice command button on the BMW steering & get it to write texts & read me messages.

But after the ios 13 update this seems to have stopped working.

Have you got the same issue? Or is there a way of getting around that?

Have you checked your Siri settings, since the update ?

‘Allow Siri when locked’ etc ?

Thanks for the response RUSSELLM,
Yesterday they issued ios 13.1 & the issue is sorted now. So it was a bug in the ios 13.
