How are you finding the whole set up ? I have just received a new V2 .And I only ordered it yesterday ! I have downloaded the app on phone and iPad .But plan to use the iPad as its a lot easier for me etc . Bank account linked “Test “ payment done etc .

I’ve got one , I’m self employed and use it to take payments off my customers as I take either cash cheque OR card now .
Take a payment on a Monday and you will have the money on the Wednesday for example , it works great .
I avoid bank transfers as some people can be slow to pay .

I would compare setting it up as the same as a Apple TV etc .Its very simple ! . Made the first £1.00 test payment . Need to check that with bank.
Now running through settings for a client data base to issue easy email receipts etc. Very very happy with it . Not going to use WiFi . So will work out a 02 pay as you go sim for my iPad as its easier for me than via a iPhone etc . Found a nice pouch for it to fit .And with a large battery pack . I could see I wouldn’t have to worry about powering both units .
Its a great idea and well worth the tiny outlay .

I’ve used the reader for a few years at events, using my iPhone as the partner.
I do stuff on Sat and Sun so usually have the funds available wed/thurs.
I input model number and price separately so if I look back months later I have a record of what I sold to who.
I know some people just work out the total cost and enter it as one sum as its quicker than typing all the details, however its easier this way to see whats sold when.
If you have a set menu etc, like a small coffee shop, then you can just pre enter all the details and its pretty quick come sale time.
