Safest way of being paid

Not normally one for selling things, but i happen to have a car part which someone wants to buy from me.
However, instead of cash on collection, i need to send it off.

Delivery will be made via a tracked/recorded/signature required method, but in terms of receiving payment, is BACS or Paypal the best option for me?

BACS is cheaper for you, but offers the buyer no safety (and is a good signal of scam). PayPal costs you a % but gives the buyer some comeback in the event of you absconding with your ill gotten gains.
