GnG and Road Rash 2 are great,

And then a few weeks later there will be the hack and 2billion games will be available (including the Fifa's, Micro Machines, Aladdin, Mortal Kombats etc...)

Thats a solid game list compared to the Nintendo offerings. Nice, pre-ordered!

The thing is for not much more you can get a Raspberry running Retropie and totally eclipse that number of games.

I appreciate not everybody has the technical ability to mess about with Mame type systems, but you can get a plug and play Raspberry on Ebay loaded up with 1000's of games across many old systems.

Plus we all know the Snes was a better console anyway

...I'll just dig my old Mega Drive and cartridges out, and play. There are heaps of games that I loved on the Mega Drive that didn't make that list.

I guess it's the ease of plug & play plus having the controllers that would appeal.
