Welcome to the forum OP. Unfortunately your question is very much like "how long is a piece of string". There are so many considerations to think about when choosing a car, particularly when your comparing three cars which are entirely different (saloon/SUV/Large convertible).

You need to think about what you want from the car, what it's mostly going to be used for. But, above all that, you need to drive each and think about which one you preferred to drive and would happily own.

Everyone has different requirements and tastes when it comes to cars and your personal circumstances play a big part. How old are you, are you married, have your own home, have kids etc, etc (and these are just the basics).

I know that's not much help, but hopefully it'll help you think about what it is you need and want from a car.

To which the answer is still "it depends". What is your budget? Are you after high performance, or lowest running costs.

Despite being badged E class, aren't a lot of Mercedes convertibles C-Class based?

If you are talking 3 series not 4 series I guess you are looking at older, cheaper cars.

Personally I find Audis deadly dull to drive and look at, and I'd probably look at a 1/2 series BMW, but I like a smaller car. So it's back to personal preference.

Ah yes, for some reason I thought the OP wrote Q5, not A5, so yes, all pretty similar.

I'm a Merc man, so would go for that, but it's all down, as said, to personal preference.
