Anyone speak fluent Polish?

I have a favour, I need a document checking that it makes sense and is using the correct words and tenses. I'll be honest, it is a job advert and I used Google translate.

I have advertised for someone who is a good communicator and needs to be fluent in English, but I thought I would try and make an effort and show that we try, by advertising in the local Polish shop in Polish. I want to show that we care. And banging it through Translate looks like it was no effort made and we don't care.

If I wanted someone fluent in English I would advertise in English.

If you wanted to show then you care, buy them flowers after you’ve hired them.

It’s good of you to want to try and get it right, for you, and any applicants.
I lived with a Polish girl for 8 years, I can say “I love you”, count to 10, know words like bread, listen, butter, shop, beer, brother, where is? etc, and I can decipher, “If I catch you looking at my sister again, you’re a dead man.”

That's why I'd like a fluent speaker to correct it for me. The punctuation is lifted straight from the English, via Google so probably not the best. It's perfectly fine in English is what I mean.

That agrees with what I'm told. Wouldn't be a problem at all to a Polish speaker.

Just had a colleague look at it, she's Polish, as previously said the punctuation isn't 100% but she says it's adequate.

My wife had a read and said it looks fine. She did ask why anyone would want Polish drivers. As a nation they can do many great things but driving well isn't among them

I had loads of Polish drivers in my taxi business. At least 50. Most were pretty good. Good work ethic.
