I do wish people would read before passing on sensationalist nonsense. Corbyn says nothing of the sort. The Labour Party have unrealistic climate targets and someone else made a comment that it would need cars to be confiscated to show how the target was impossible.

As far as I am aware motions agreed at the party conference do indeed become part of the manifesto at the nest election and if they are going to go zero net carbon by 2030 they will indeed need to confiscate your car.

They wont confiscate it they with make ICE to expensive to run whilst subsidising electric cars. If you want a car it will have to be electric.

Because they don’t. FFS, it’s not complex. They want net zero carbon emissions. That’s all they have said, not how. How the fk can anyone think reducing carbon emissions is the act of a dictatorship?
