Mini Countryman Cooper S All4 clutch

Anyone ever done one of these? Car’s a 2011 with 64000 (!) miles on the clock and the sodding clutch is slipping...
As is the way, being ok with spanners it’s fallen to me to change. Anyone done one before and have any tips? Engine’s the wrong way round and I’ve got 4wd gubbins to deal with.
