ok, same merchant banker, same trick. Uses superior power to get past at a dangerous moment.

This time I had to swerve out of the way, and nearly into a traffic island (in car, not bike).

I got the reg before I managed to get past it.

So, do I report it... or trace the plate, and f**k up his soft top with a razor ?

What would you guys do? bearing in mind that on both occasions he was pushing his luck, and if not for my obeservation, would have collided.

Really not happy about this, but afraid the cops won't do anything if I complain. If there is a way of making this "stick", then please mail me / post here.

Thanks chaps. BTW, I am taking the bike next week and waiting for this scum bag. I'm gonna have words at his home address if nothing else. And he ain't gonna like it. Either that or borrow my old mates 5 litre Landy...

Carl.

Just blow his tyres
No need to argue too much with ar**holes, they never understand anything and may react badly if they can't handle the fact you're right

If you've seen some seriously dangerous driving and there are any other witnesses at all who could corroborate your story then REPORT IT. The BiB may do nothing. But if blokey gets pulled in the future then it may "do some good".

If you trace the bloke's address under no circumstances take the law into your own hands. Instead write the bloke a nice letter informing him of what he did wrong, the fact it was dangerous and that you have reported it to the BiB.

At this point he will spend six weeks sweating about whether he's going to get a knock on the door....nice.

Oh...and if you see this guy again. For f***s sake stay well out of his way. You KNOW he'll shortly drive like a knob and you don't want to be near it when it happens....

Do it in style - do it in a Landrover

BTW: That reminds me of a story of a mate's mother: She tried to get out of a parking spot with a G-Wagen or a RR HSE (cant remember), and hit the accelerator in reverse gear a bit too harsh· She ended up ON a front wing of a Porka with a rear tire

on the topic of generalisations: If the same er s you up the 3rd time, you're allowed to conclude that he's an alltime

[-humor]

according to NEWTON's experiential reasoning;

once = never
twice = twice
three times = everlasting

Assuming your on the bike next time, let him past.

The first set of lights you come to filter in front of him, roll back so your rear tyre is up against his bumper and do a burnout when the lights change

Let it pass, man. Although steamed now, a nicely chilled Stella and a packet of Walker's finest prawn cocktails (with, of course, an equally chilled giant Twix), with you relaxed in front of some quality ambient stimulation (audio and/or visual) should relax the frayed nerves nicely.

But I know quite what you mean; it's getting impossible to use your performance vehicle of choice these days due to blatant ignorance, whether diabolically arrogant as in the case of your recent suffering or just brain dead inert, as per the miserable creeping dawdlers who prevented me from a full scale early morning dual carriageway sprint because they thought it was quite spiffing to scream, neck and neck, in their Yaris and 414i respectively, upto to 50mph and then cease acceleration and be utterly bereft of thought for the near 500 horespower colied spring that was chaffing at the bit in both their rear views.

NIL BRAINED, MID-LANE HANGING, ZERO DISCIPLINED MORONS.

This country has a majority - I'm convinced of it - for whom their sole purpose is to either drive like my couple of sleepwalkers or your chappie; either so slow they might as well just stop breathing, or so rudely it makes you despair. But their creed is ignorance and both ruin our pleasure.

Mini rant over but I know how you feel. Just TRY and forget it and concentrate on the next squirt of acceleration/bend/whatever.

Sods.

I forgot to say, I'm a beetle driver myself but unlike the d1ckweed you encountered you have my utmost assurance that such errant nobbishness would not be on the agenda if I were in yer environs.

I can assure you many 911 drivers will share your frustration with Pr1ckman. And his mate from the other day.

HB chill out, guess that's easy from here, but it ain't worth it in the long run.

Keep out of this fools way, when he eventually does for someone, you'll be there mate, you'll be there.

hi chaps, I've chilled out a bit now. Still haven't reported it, but will be doing so soon.

Yeah, I can see things from both sides - he probably thought I was going to be yet another dawdling numpty in a diesel hatchback, whereas I infact use the maximum torque method of pulling away and probably embarrassed him.

I will have to watch out in future as he is obviously a hazard.

Ha ha ha. Someone said "get real" ? I surely meant what I originally said. I'd love to see his face if the roof was in ribbons, so don't misjudge me. I live and let live, but his behaviour was intolerable, and really needs punishment. Damn, I'm getting decidely unchilled out now. More lager needed!

The only way to sort this sort of stuation out is to follow the guy, talk to him, and show him the error of his ways, in terms of endangering himself and others. Calmly, and reasonably, ask him to respect other road users - tell him he's very lucky to own such a fine piece of automotive engineering, but he might be a little upset if he prangs it. Assure him that he doesn't need to show off, everyone knows the performance potential of Porsche, and he will only succeed in adding to the poor PR image surrounding Porsche with his stupidity. THEN, tell him you've reported him twice, with names and addresses of the others whom he cut up/balked/enraged.

Obviously, if he gets all shitty, twat 'im!!

Carl, be careful if you decide to approach the guy.

My missus (Porsche driver) was hassled recently by some middle aged biker who obviously thought he owned the road, and followed this single woman in a car for about 2 miles, pulled into the same garage, parked up, then blocked her driver's door, let her out then proceeded to give her a good telling off. From what I've been told, if he was driving at a safe speed (ie below 3 figures) then my wife's car wouldn't have come up on his bike so quickly.

My wife was terrified, but kept her cool. Nobody in the garage came to her assistance. If the same thing ever happens again, I have already said that I will do that part of the drive for her - let's see the old git's boat race when a strapping 6 foot ex rugby player steps out of the car instead of a 5 foot woman.

If it's a bike hassling her, tell her to just stand on the brakes - who's going to come off better? and it'll be the tosser behing who's at fault.

Oh and Hertsbiker - why not take that huge pickup (have you still got it?) and see if he risks trading paint with that

Greg,

This is outrageous. Perhaps it explains the supplanting of many wimminfolk into the much loathed 4x4 tractor community?

Anyway, I hope you manage to kick him through the H some day...

Cheers ears.
