Is lying really rape?
Discussion
Woman goes to bed with man and willingly has sex with him. Turns out man has lied about having the snip. So now he's (legally) a rapist.

Not saying what he did was right, in fact it was very wrong. But people lie all the time, I know of girls who have got 'accidentally pregnant' when it's been very clear that it was done to trap the man. Are those women rapists too..?
Men are constantly being told 'if you don't want to take the risk, bag up'. Different for women?

This really pisses me off because it’s just diluting the concept of rape, which should remain considered an abhorrent act. You start lumping in all this kind of stuff (and to be fair should also include the reverse, the “oops forgot my pill now I’m pregnant and I’m keeping it and you’re paying”) and you just give the real victims and real offenders less of the impact that they deserve
