Subliminal PH Advertising (ish)

As I'm navigating between threads I keep seeing a giant PH Smilie flash up between pages......

Now intitially I thought it was a blip but it seems to be happening more and more

I managed to capture it on video and then do a screen grab

I've not changed my PC or operating system
I have same version of Firefox browser for last two years
I have never seen this till today
