I've not tried the others.... but I've come from a treo 600 to a 650... its much, much better (and the 600 was a pretty damned good smartphone)
very crisp screen - people always marvel at the high-res Matrix clip playing on the 650..
the Treo is the only smartphone I've tried that I've kept for more than a month (and I've tried a lot of them over the last 3 years)
You just can't beat the flexibility of the treo its basically a Palm PDA - loads of software available, a full keyboard and excellent web-browser - and the 650 now has bluetooth so you can use it in the car without a proprietary car-kit.
