Simple cropping software (before going to Bonusprint)

So I have a bunch of pics that are tweaked in Lightroom CC and ready to print.

Mrs T has a load of weird sized frames she wants to fill.

Bonus print, etc have standard sizes they print that don't match...so.....is there a simple software I can use to crop the pictures so that when they get printed I can trim them down and have them fit?

For example (made up example)....if I have a frame that is 10 x 10 but Bonus print only do 11 x 11 I want to "down crop" that image so it has a white boarder and when I upload it to Bonus print it will match 11 x11 perfect but the pic will only fill a 10 x 10 space.

Otherwise, I order 11 x 11 and have to trim into the picture back home...which will hack up some photos.

Not really looking to drop a zillion on Photoshop....just want something simple.

I use paint. Net for this. It's simple to use and open source so free.

You don't say what platform you're on but if Windows I find Paint.net pretty simple to use. You can increase the size of the canvas and decide where the image is placed.

Crop it a bit wider than you want in Lightroom. Cut it down when it arrives. What am I missing here?

If you use Win10, then Paint 3D can do it easily enough.

Open the square cropped image in Paint 3D, resize canvas by to 110%, untick resize image. This will put a white border around the image. Save and upload that to Bonus Print.
