Sending er, "unsolicited pictures" ?

This seems to be a thing, it has its own term (Dick Pics) and seems to happen fairly regularly by all accounts.
I have never sent one, might do just to feel like I am not being left out, might be because at 48 I have passed the danger time for sending them which is I expect, your teens into your twenties. Is it generally drunk and horny chaps that send them, as I know I have ideas when drunk that are very, very bad when sober, or do they get sent sober, which seems even creepier.
If I wanted to send them back in 1990 I would need to get a film, put it in the camera, take the photos, get it developed which would be embarrassing as each one gets looked at by whoever does them and hands them back, perk of the job I guess. Then I would have to choose the best one, put it in an envelope, address it, put a stamp on it and plonk it in a postbox, quite labour intensive and expensive !
I dont take them and still have cold sweats if someone is looking through my photos on my phone, makes you wonder how many people have let an elderly aunt look at their graduation photos or something only for them to swipe too many times and be confronted by their magnificent tumescence, I am fairly sure that could be a little awkward.....
So, have you ever sent one, any good stories of someone sending it to the wrong person, or entire address book ?
I guess most ladies dont really appreciate them that much, so Police, angry dads etc may turn up ?

But definitely been sent photos varying from "come to bed eyes" type selfies to "Here's me stark naked, come and get it"

A girl i knew once used to send boob shots to 'targeted' strangers as a way of snaring sugar daddies.

I’ve been in a relationship since the dawn of camera phones, so have never had the need to do such a thing.
If that weren’t the case I wouldn’t do it anyway,I’d much rather leave the disappointment until it was too late! it’s so big I’d have to send multiple images!

Given how many people use their birthday as their phone unlock code, you can try this with your friends as well, if you know their birthday. If that weren’t the case I wouldn’t do it anyway,

Anyway, for some reason I was in my car with a mate and had given him my phone to look at some images of cars or something equally as manly. Unfortunately for him it got a bit more "manly". He didn't say at the time, in-fact he's still never said anything to this day, but I distinctly recall flicking through the images later that evening as he would have done, and then being faced with my own raging hard-on. We've never mentioned it.
