Don’t do it!
I’m a big believer of your get what you pay for.

Poor spark will result in unburnt fuel, misfiring, loss of power and potential for the engine safety mode to kick in limiting revs and acceleration so you can only limp home - which funnily enough if a problem I am having that Walkinshaw suggested over the phone could be the leads.

Even in Oz I paid about £80 for high heat low resistance performance leads.

Described as copper core. More durable than carbon core?
Is it suppressed to stop radio interference?
Wow, that takes me back to fitting a suppressor to dynamos and wipermotors!

MSDs are $80 on amazon plus about $20 shipping (in about 3 days). Just got a set for mine and I’m pretty impressed with them.

rock auto have loads of options on their site , depending on which ls engine you are running , i also bought some lead heat socks for about 15$ which helps to protect them , my concern is leads on an ls1 are different to an ls3 lead so worrying what is advertised is a one fits all , the good rock auto ones start from 47$ plus shipping , best done via fed ex as it’s quick delivery plus you know what you are paying

Go for Magnicore leads these are tried and tested quality leads and are all numbered and correct length for the engine that you order them for.
