Google Assistant can't voice dial.

[shed driver]

Until recently I was able to say "OK Google, call xxxx on speakerphone" and it would do it.

Now I'm getting an error message "Unfortunately, that's not available on this device."

I've got a Huawei P10 lite, running Android 8.0.

Anyone else noticed it?
