Error 500 i.e. I'm lost

Why is this happening all the time now, never used so someone has screwed up again.

I've noticed the last few weeks, when you click through pages, it quickly flashes the 500 screen, then goes to the page. Very weird.

As you will have noticed we experienced a significant platform outage this evening.. this was an unexpected, obscure, and very difficult issue to diagnose, and will require some further triage tomorrow..

In any case, we've put it back in a state where we expect the issues you were seeing tonight to no longer be occurring.. so, thanks for bearing with us, and enjoy the rest of your evenings

This kind of stuff is just embarrasing as it keeps happening, this site if it were a car brand would be bottom of the JD Power survey alongside BMW.

Potentially a little unreasonable feedback, given we do not pay for PH to deliver a service.
