Wanted program to read select and read back numbers of mags

I have been given the job of scanning all the societies magazine back numbers to have them put on the website so members can read them
They are A5 pages printed on A4 so i can scan pages 2/3, 4/5.6/7 etc

Later issues are slightly bigger B something and theredfore can only scan single pages

Is there a program that will enable members to select a specific issue and then read it page by page?

is exactly the type of thing i need

( and also change the text etc!!)

Our mags increased from 30 to 96 pages over the years, and we are up to issue 170

Any thoughts/info gratefully received

No program needed, you are only linking to a PDF file.
The hardest bit will be compiling the scans into PDF files.
