Mounted the spare engine today and have been messing with the chain area,the first time the main chain was loose on the downward side the second time its nice and tight,what happenend there lol

Hey Cliff, I think you're getting a bit too involved with that engine if you've started to mount it!

The 'T' shaped bit of wood looks particularly technical, did it come with the engine stand?

That's the part available by special order only from Travis Perkins. I've heard Snap-on are talking about suing for theft of copyright.

Thats "Cliffy engineering" for you it just pinches in to help take the stress of the bolts and stand,probably doesnt need it but ive never left umpteen kilos hanging over the front end of my car before.
