New router - TPLink Extenders reconfigure?

Hi, BT have sent me their latest router and disc on renewal, fine, haven't plugged it in yet as I wanted to check if my TP Link powerline extenders will need to be reset and configured again to the new router?

I use them in my garden cabin, one is a power line adapter the other uses ethernet to my TV etc,

A standard powerline adaptor for wired connections will normally work fine after a router change. A powerline Wi-Fi adaptor should also be OK, but depending how you originally set it up you may have to clone the new Wi-Fi network again if you want it to appear as the same network throughout.
