NIP - unsure of driver ???

My girlfriend just got a NIP for a speeding offence. She definitely wasn't driving as she hasn't driven the car for weeks.
The problem is that the car was in the garage being serviced until that day, at which time I picked it up. So either it was me, or the car was being test driven by one of the guys at the garage. I honestly can't remember exactly what time I picked the car up so neither of us can say for sure who exactly was driving at the time.
What's the best thing to do here? Any way of getting the photo to find out?

If, as you say, there's no way it could have been your girlfriend, then it should be relatively easy to defeat the charge.

The garage will know. But perhaps it's not the answer you want!
