Mobile Hotspot to ethernet?
Discussion
I have one of these :

It works Ethernet->Wireless, or Wireless->Ethernet so you can connect an Ethernet only device to an existing wireless network with it.

you can get routers with 4g and wifi and lan. I use one to monitor a remote property via a vpn tunnel.

They are weatherproof and can be mounted outside.
Th gui/config is a bit techy and i wouldn’t recommend it if you are not familiar with configuring network kit.

ah i see.
i think the microtik box will deal with that by bridging the wlan to ethernet as well, but as i said its not consumer friendly.
Getting a consumer grade wireless router that bridges to ethernet should be easy. If you have an old broadband router it might be worth googling ‘wireless bridging’ + model number of router

TP Link do a wireless extender that has an Ethernet port on the underside. Set it to boost the hotspot on your phone, connect device to the booster and that should be you sorted. Why are you not using your home network?

Surely a range extender such as this would work:
NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender EX2700 - Coverage up to 600 sq.ft. and 10 devices with N300 Wireless Signal Booster and Repeater (up to 300Mbps speed), and Compact Wall Plug Design with UK Plug https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00NIUHAG6/ref=cm_sw_r...
It would connect to the Wi-Fi on your phone and then allow you to plug an ethernet cable in.

Most of the small wifi extenders have an ethernet connection.
£20 for this one
Set this up to boost your wifi hotspot and plug in to the bottom of it.

What you need is a device that can act as a wireless bridge. That is it will bridge a wired network (just your TV in this case) to a wireless network (provided by your phone in this case)
I've used one of these before if you don't need the ultimate in speed:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-LINK-TL-WA901ND-Wirele...
Confusingly the mode you need to use on TP-Link devices to choose what you want is called 'AP Client'. You tell it the details of your hotspot and it connects to it. Then anything you plug into the wired sockets on it will access the internet via your hotspot.

Thank for all the replies so far, this seems the most viable option as I have old by hub doing nothing
