My domain name not showing up in Nominet online accounts.
Discussion
I own two domains both .co.uk. They both show-up in a Whois search.
I can see both are current paid, both have IPS tags and registrants. One shows up in my Nominet online services and is one which i recently changed over to tsohosts which works fine, but my other .co.uk account does not show in the Nominet menu.
I need to change the EPP to move this .co.uk domain to tshosts, unfortunately I originally bought the domain name from www.domainmonster.com but no matter what i do i cannot login to control panel or get a password reset (no email arrives) if i ring (phone cuts off after short message) same for email support.
I rang 123reg who supposedly took over domainmonster, call was answered most likely in the Philippines and all they can do is give me the same numbers that do not work.
I want to use the Nominet system where you pay £12~ to force the move through. but without my .co.uk not showing up in Nominet control panel, i can't seem to move forward.
I tried setting up a new Nominet account with the email address used to set up my .co.uk domain used with domainmonster.
How can i get my domain to show in Nominet??
Just found this https://www.nominet.uk/go/id it will only work if you are logged out of nominet services, i've paid my £12+vat to reenable my details, i will update this if it works.

Well 3 hours on the phone finally go there.
Nominet told me my domain was not showing in Nominet secure section as i set the domain in question on domainmonster with identity protection service, which means it won’t show up on Nominet, when i do a whois of the other domain that works it doesn't show any personal details either but it does show up on Nominet, dont know what settings are different
Nominet asked again to ring the numbers i had previously, this time after a very long hold i got through, one phone number Nominet also gave is for 123reg which is useless as even though domainmonster & 123reg are part of the same company neither can access each other’s control panel.
On the second phone call to domainmonster seems like it went to the Philippines again, they said that they would send another reset email with my confirmed email, that failed to arrive.
Back on the phone again another long wait to the Philippines, asked them to send to an alternate email this also failed to arrive.
4th time luckily rang domainmonster again, this time sounded like a Dutch representitive, within minutes he worked it out send an email to my alternate and waited to see if i received it, which i did and i was very thankful to him been able to login and reset my password.
Shame i had to pay £12 to Nominet but the hint that my domain was 'security hidden' when i set up the domain years ago was a big help, i was also worried re-ringing domainmonster on 03453662467 as yesterday it answered said they were open till 11pm then phone cut off, i suspect that the message must be for a different time zone.
What a faff, hope this helps someone somewhere. Now Breathe....
