Presumably no one here knows.

Expect you have looked at the MoT history.
Front and rear discs, also tyres were advisories this year.

Quite a high mileage, but you will know that.

The MOT advisories have been addressed and I agree the mileage is slightly higher than usual but that doesn't worry me too much as hopefully most issues should be ironed out by now.

The car in question is also a SP10 model and is in the process of being prepped by an Aston dealer
