Pretty new here but been reading for a long time.

I have a 2014 X5, the top of the leather steering wheel has started to peel and its driving me mad, has anyone gotten this fixed before? any tips advice would be really appreciated.

If there’s no warranty on the car, there’s not a lot you can do apart from getting it retrimmed maybe.

If that’s the case, I’d highly recommend Jack & his team at Royal Steering Wheels

I was also going to recommend Royal. I think they offer an exchange service. Top quality.

Hold the wheel with both hands at 10 to 2 or 1/4 to 3, rather than with one hand on the top of it, clean the wheel regularly as well.

The above is after you've had it re-trimmed.
