I am boycotting boycotts, The OPs gesture of disapproval is pointless, ineffectual and meaningless, unless you go on ReddIt where you would score lots of internet points.

Go for goose - seriously - it will result in about 2 litres of goose fat and your roast tatties will be wonderful for about a year

So after a disgusting move by Trump...I will be boycotting Turkish goods...
Why only Turkish goods, why aren't you boycotting US goods too? After all, Trump's 'disgusting' move follows his initial action to arm the YPG that led to warnings such as these in the Wall Street Journal back in 2017:

“But this decision — to arm a group closely associated with a foreign terrorist organization, and one that has waged a decades-long insurgency against the Turkish state — will likely reverberate through U.S. relations with Turkey for decades to come.”

Has the OP ran off to Reddit for a more appreciative audience?

I love it when people tell others to boycott:

"Boycott Tesco, they were late with my delivery"
"Boycott Sainsburys, their spuds were sprouting"
"Boycott Waitrose, the queue was horrendous"
"Boycott Asda, their customers smell"
"Boycott Aldi, they didn't accept credit cards in 20xx"
"Boycott Lidl, their customers also smell"
"Boycott XXX, for a spurious reason"

So in theory none of us should purchase from a supermarket, none of us should go to any country in the world because they've done something someone somewhere has disagreed with. We shouldn't even be in the UK then,

We have decided as a family to forgo Turkey this Christmas.
We were moved by the recent appearance of the politician Lisa Nandy on Question Time,
As a result we will be sending food parcels and essentials to the people of Wigan

I urge everyone else to consider doing the same

News doesn't know which way to turn. Last night it was russia and syria moving to counter the offensive and this morning its only syria.
Why are kurds guarding isis deciding its better to desert that task and rush off to fire a gun pointlessly all over the place? Trumps probably right here in his response.
Does syria suddely like the fact the kurds want to form some sort of country within their borders?
So much horse$hit and confusion being sown that eventually nobody cares.

You'll find that the Turks who work and live in the tourist resorts are secular, Western-thinking and anti-Erdogan. Changing your holiday destination will simply strengthen his grip on the country.
