Glasses causing skin irritation/dry skin.

I started wearing glasses for the first time around 4 weeks ago. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a dry patch of skin above my eyes where my eyelid meets my nose, I put it down to the weather or my face wash and forgot all about it.
Tonight I’ve noticed it’s got worse so I did some googling and apparently it could be contact dermatitis caused by my glasses.
I have two pairs which I alternate, one pair is titanium and the other has plastic frames, both have (Vision Express) anti reflective coating for the lenses.
Has anyone else experienced this?

It's possible there is a link but for contact dermatitis you have to have some contact between your skin and the offending item, the clue is in the name 
Also you are very unlikely to have an allergy to titanium as long as it isn't a mix with something else. Most metal frames are nickel silver and a nickel reaction is quite common. It send the metal parts of the nose pads green and strips all the lacquer off the inside of the sides where it touches the skin by your ears and sends that and you green too. Easy fix is a couple of brushes of clear nail varnish every so often.
You also aren't that likely to have an allergy to acetate frames either and even less to to both. You'd have to someone with a known and severe atopic history to lots of other things I'd imagine
I'd be inclined to explore other options in the first instance.
