Wife's PC,9 months old, is getting repeated BSODs, with no apparent similarity.
So far we have :
critical structure disruption
system service exception
fault in non paged area and
memory management
& some others I forget
The Windows(10) Memory Diagnostic Tool is currently running, saying it has a problem, but not WHAT problem!
Time to return to manufacturer/ seller?(Cyberpower via eBuyer) Or can it be fixed by an idiot(me!)?

Reinstall windows 10 and start again.

If after a clean install it still crashes I'd suggest there's a hardware fault - return/exchange it.

If you know what you are doing, open the machine up and try just pressing on the memory modules to push them firmly into their slots. If that doesn't do anything, if there is more than one module try taking one out. If still no luck then take the other one out and put the first back in. I recently upgraded the RAM in a laptop along with putting an SSD in it and installing W10, and started getting repeated BSOD. I first suspected a corrupted install or faulty SSD but it turned out to be one of the memory DIMMs was faulty.

Unlikely to be a software issue and as above, a dodgy memory module would be my first suspicion. Re-seat all the modules and if that doesn't help then (assuming there's more than one) remove each in turn to see if that fixes the issue.

If you find one is faulty then personally I'd just replace it rather than going through the hassle of getting the vendor involved but YMMV.

Every time W10 is updated I get a couple of random BSOD and then it settles down until the next update. You could run memcheck or a similar memory checking program if you have a concern about the memory sticks.

Can you move the memory stick\s to other slots ?
Test the machine, with the mem in other slots.

Also another test if it has multiple sticks. Run it with just one in, use it for say a day.
Then switch to the other stick, test that for a day.

Note the results and you have a base to work from. smile

BSOD in my experience are normally caused by bad drivers.

Has your graphics driver been updated recently? Check windows updates.

What version of WINX are you running? Has it had the recent feature update?
