Driving Penalties from Italy & France just arrived...

Within the space of a couple of weeks, I have received two driving fixed penalties - From Italy and France (to me as the registered keeper of the vehicle, at my UK address).
The Italian penalty arrived almost a year after the date of the offence (research helpfully shows that they have 365 days to send them out)
The French penalty arrived 5 days (!) after the offence.
€68.70 for Italy - Driving on a restricted road (Via Giuseppe Mazzini in Brescia)
€45 for France - 98km/h in a 90km/h limit on the Autoroute
Both paid on-line

Is it supposed to be a warning to others concerning foreign fines driving fines being received in the UK? - If so, the good (and the not so good) folk in this forum are already well aware of fines from abroad being received (along with various opinions of how to deal with them )
Or is it supposed to be a request for help with how to deal with the situation? (No question has been asked concerning the fines received, and it's rather difficult to answer a question that has never been asked!)
As posted, it appears to simply be a case of you saying that you drove abroad, broke motoring laws in other Countries, received fines, and have now paid them (based on your statement: "Both paid on-line")

I missed a ZTL in Perugia whilst on holiday in July 2018, but didn't know about it until the November when Europcar let me know. The fine arrived in July (no hurry!) and to add insult, it was sent by recorded delivery so I had to visit the local PO to collect it
I tried to pay it in that month but the Perugia website was being "upgraded" and it said to come back in September. September turned into October before it was actually working. I put the details of the fine in and whilst the search returns a result there's nothing to click to continue through to payment. The phrase "Sospeso Convers" is shown. "Sospeso" is suspended but I can't find what "Convers" means, so I guess it's been held but I've no idea if that's permanent or not.
I've emailed the Perugia commune several times and they don't bother answering, so stuff em!

Surely you were aware that if you break traffic regulations in any country then there will be fines to pay?In other news, water is still wet in France. Sun is still hot in Germany, if you get thirsty in Italy then you should have a drink.....

Yeah, youtuber BaronVonGrumble got an on the spot 4,000 Swiss francs fine this year on his motorbike. Video is on his YouTube channel, 44 Teeth, 144kph in a 80 zone.The guy who he was riding with would have been done as well but his plate was slightly obscured on camera so they couldn’t prosecute.
