USB microscope software

Anyone know of any free software for a USB microscope on a PC. It came with a version of amcap, but I'm looking for something which can overlay some measurements on the screen.

Thousands of these sort of generic microscopes on the market but can't see to find what I'm looking for

Any good ?. Not direct image view but does generated calibrated scales.

Have you actually used either of these?

Both of them seems to require a specific microscope and don't want to work with generic Chinese usb microscopes/webcams
