Couple of MOT terms, what could these mean...

Helping a mate source a vfr800 as a first bike and he's found a potential one but I've gone back through MOT history and it shows a fail on a distorted rear wheel a few months back and the year before on something "structural but not serious (advisory).

Anyone had this on an MOT before? The wheel one seems bloody odd.

Wheel could be from clocking a pothole - had one myself on an old bike from the same. Couple of hits with a hammer next time the tyre was changed and all golden
