Hi,

My first post in the Boxster forum but hopefully not my last.

My company is looking to obtain a Porsche Boxster/s to be used for personal use, but also for rental purposes. I'm at the start of my search, and am wondering of peoples recommendations as to the best way to obtain and finance a brand new Boxster relatively quickly, rather than going through the OPC, ordering process. The company does not have the cash reserve to buy the car outright so is looking for some kind of purchase/contract plan. Hopefully somebody has looked into all the available avenues and can offer some advice as to the best deal available and can point me in the right direction.

I've looked at business/contract hire quotes in the region of £414 + VAT for a 3+23/10K and this type of deal would probably suit us better.

Any advice is most welcome.

Regards

Steve

Probably not much help with a business/commercial venture but I put 50% down and financed the rest with an interest only loan from my bank/mortgage provider with the idea that I repay the capital within 3 years. Although I could pay it back in 20 odd years but that wouldn't make financial sense.

The interest rate is fixed at 5.49%.

I think about £17k final value .
just ask your opc
and you only pay interest on how long you keep it so you never owe more than you borowed.
