I need to live more and increase the heart rate. however, with a bad back a lot of thrill seeking activities are off the table.

Any ideas what gets the heart rate going ( in a good way! ) that doesnt involve my back breaking?!

thanks

Hiding in bushes on popular thoroughfares having a tug ... The element of risk involved should increase the heart rate a bit lol

Gamble, can't think of much else to get the adrenaline flowing that doesn't involve some kind of physical movement.

I've never done it, but I'd imagine that having a go in a glider would get the heart going a bit and should be fairly low impact.

From what I understand their are clubs dotted around the country and they're always keen to welcome interested newbies.

Scuba diving? Being weightless would be easy on the back and quite a thrill.

Radio controlled FPV flying (first person view)? I've recently got into this and it's a great way to empty the wallet!

Say something critical on Twitter about Corbyn or the Momentum sycophants.

It's a hardline Marxist echo chamber over there, where #kindergentlerpolitics is conspicuous by its absence.

Music/gigs/festivals? Perhaps the wrong time of year for the latter.
