If that 325i Sport is doing 0~60mph in 9.9 seconds, something is wrong with it!
BMW's official 0~60mph time for the E30 325i was 7.2 seconds (and if I recall correctly, I believe The Autocar magazine had one on test that recorded a 0~60 time of 7.0 seconds "back in the day")
Pity the original owner was too tight to order the 13 button computer, and opted for the poverty-spec clock instead, and the aged wheel badges let the car down (especially for a £30K~£35K + price tag)

Stunning car - but is it really worth that guide price!
I suppose time will tell!
I think that every time I see a Ferrari selling for millions of $

It is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it. At the end if the day this is museum quality, its never really been driven. I am not who would buy it.
Someone in their fifties who had one new, now has a lot of disposable and can buy one again. They don't want restorations, they want a proper one. Have it in the garage next to whatever else, go out for a run in it twice a month, job done.
It'll sell. It's not a lot of money in the great scheme of things.

I’d rather find one with 50-70k on it with a great history file and enjoy it
I do wonder whether the 6k car has sat unloved on flat tyres in an old garage for the last 20 years
Finding one that had been cared for and done 3-5k a year every year would be my ideal

Would like to have a go in an E30 but the prices have gone bonkers, like old Fords.
.
They are not as bad as old fords, the one in my original post is a bit unusual but I was told that my E30 touring in stock condition would be worth about £ 6,000..
The M3's are silly money though.
A more used example is also available at the same auction with no reserve.

How I wish I got into one of these when they were sub £5k cars!
