Classic car paint type/ underbodytreatment / stripes

Evening all,
I am soon to get to the body/ chassis work on my TR4 Triumph. The car was originally a light blue colour, non-metallic ( I presume cellulose paint). 25 years ago I restored another TR4, Conifer Green. I took the advice of the garage and had cellulose paint applied, the paint finish was a beautiful depth, not too shiny and looked very ' period' . whereas at the time two pack looked a bit glossy and 'fake'.
The questions I have now are thus:
1, cellulose again? The car will live in Asia, be used for classic endurance rallying initially, with a tour of Europe later.
2 Chassis protection, I need to protect the underside, any suggestions for the long term. for the chassis and / or the underbody.
3, I know the purists will go apopleptic over this, but I really like the 'Gulf Racing' orange stripes as they seem to go really well with the colour of my car, however last time I had stickers on my car in Thailand ( ordered locally to my Ford Everest) upon removal, they managed to remove the paint from both front doors, which had never been damaged and so original paint from the factory. Can someone recommend somewhere ( anywhere in the world is ok ) to get the stripes that wont wreck the paint should I ever remove them. Also need the white circles for the racing numbers.

Personally i would use two pack as it is a lot more durable than cellulose specially in your climate
As far as i am aware cellulose doesnt contain UV blockers such as Tinuvin, this UV blocker is used in most higher quality two pack paints.
In the right hands a two pack paint job can be made to look like you want it.
A small amount of matting agent will reduce a super glossy finish.
As for the stripes they should not pull paint off, some heat applied to the stripe before removal will reduce the surface pull on the paint.
