Jeep 2.7 CRD (merc engine) cutting out under load
Discussion
Hi guys,
Banging me head against a wall a bit with my old wekend warrior....its a Jeep 2.7 CRD with the Sprinter engine.
Under load the engine cuts and I get a P1130 error, incorrect fuel rail pressure.
Traditionally this is a dodgy injector but I have done a leak back test which showed them more or less all ok...

Injector 2 (second from right) is a little low but I have done this in the past and when one is wrong is VERY wrong, so they look ok to me. I have replaced fuel filter, low pressure pump, high pressure pump and all O-rings. SO am a little lost now.
Car starts pretty easy and was ok until I stripped it down to replace injector washers due to black death!
Any thoughts?
Thanks
Simon
