That’s excellent, the Muira is lovely, one of my all time favourite cars.

Indeed, not by a long way laugh

Great video clip.

Wasn't Merzario the guy that pulled Nikki Lauda from his Ferrari after the crash at the 'ring?

Fantastic! thumbup

I've always dreamed of owning a Daytona, and will keep on doing that these days!

But for about 5 years in the 70s it was the quickest car Autocar and Motor Magazine ever tested, and yes they did test a Miura - it just wasn't as quick. rolleyes

Still I'd be happy with either (in my dreams again). laugh

If you like this film, you may want to watch the others on Simon Kidston's channel (not only on YouTube but also Vimeo).

So, I just got home. Yep it’s even better with some noise!

For the day, a Daytona was an absolute rocket ship. Even the later Berlinetta Boxer couldn’t beat it, and autocar tested Nick Mason’s car 10 years later to see if it was genuinely quick or just a Ferrari road test special. Mason’s car was just as quick!

rofl

The Miura was so beautiful, it's the only Lamborghini that could have been a Ferrari!

The 365/GTB/4 was a glorious two finger salute to the new fangled idea of putting the engine behind the driver - Enzo Ferrari at his obstinate best!

Whilst I can appreciate the beauty and the noise of the Lamborghini, as a life long Tifosi, it has to be the 365 GTB/4 "Daytona" for me! cloud9
