BMW S65 (E90 M3 V8) to Transaxle Question

Hi All, I'd like to use an S65 V8 in a mid-engined configuration and wondered if anyone was aware of this being done with a Porsche transaxle? There are adaptor plates available for the BMW v12 to Porsche G50 available, but I dont know whether the bolt pattern is the same as the S65 v8.

Any help or ideas appreciated.

Unlikely to be that difficult these days, especially if you use a concentric clutch slave cylinder. biggest issue is usually starter motor placement and clearance to the bellhousing. Plenty of engineering shops that could engineer a suitable water jet cut adaptor plate etc
