If the car is more than 6 months old and has more than 6000km then you do not need to pay VAT.
If the car does not have xenons it will require the headlights to be adjusted.
You will need to then contact your local vehicle registration licensing company and go there to register your vehicle to get your number plate.
You will also require a Certificate of Conformity which Porsche UK will issue to you for a sum of £50.
Good luck!
