As the title suggests, I wonder if anyone had any luck resetting the light using an OBD2 scanner. I ordered mine from Foxwell Nt520 with AM software.

My car is a 2008 4.3 Vantage Roadster

Thanks in advance for sharing your experience.

It'll certainly do it, but have you tried a manual reset using the buttons already available to you:

Thanks for the reply

Yes I know about the procedure but I read here that it takes 20+ attempts before you get lucky and there's confusion as to the number of warning triangles before release etc etc

I am not sure if Foxwell can reset the service light because I contacted someone called Aston1936 on youtube who's really knowledgable and he said it can't be done unless you have the dealer software which cost $15k.

If anyone actually managed to reset the light using any OBD2 please share your experience

Aston1936 is a terrific resource, especially for DB9s. But so variable is the procedure that, even though I have the same year DB9 as Aston1936's, his procedure did not work. So, I varied the permutations until the damn light went off and severely documented the successful procedure for my DB9. Best of luck.
