Adding missing scenes to DVDs

Just wondering if any of you guys know any good software for revising DVDs ? I'd like to try restoring some of the cut scenes to films that come as bonuses on DVDs. Has anyone else tried this ?

try DVD Shrink 3.2 it decrypts and allows you to reauthor....not that I would know of course
