Traffic Light Camera

Not sure what to think here.
Earlier today in the afternoon (about 3:20pm), I was driving southbound through a set of traffic lights in Liverpool (Aigburth Road) where there was a traffic light camera.
The lights were on still on green as the nose of my car touched the line but suddenly changed to amber.
I didn't see anything flash behind me plus another vehicle in the right hand land (I was in the left lane) went through.
Just not quite sure if I am going to get a fine and points.
