Pleasantly enjoyable.
There are a few people potentially who may trip them up.
The elderly neighbour. Why did he go back to speak to her?
The now sober private investigator.
The starting to get keen, niece.
The naivety of his brother.
What's going on with the wife making friends with the lesbian at the gym?
I think I will stay with it, for now. Is it 4 episodes, or 6?

Watched the 1st episode, maybe watch another but won't be too disappointed it I don't.
Many plot holes, story and acting not good enough to make up for it. Shame as I like Mark Bonnar.
Just watched 2 and 3, I think I've misjudged it. Suckered in now.

I've watched the first three episodes and I expect I'l watch the last one but I think by the third episode it started to suffer the same problem that afflicts most of the drama one sees on TV, and that is, too bloody many characters. How many characters does it need to tell a story FFS.

Tried to watch episode 4, but only 1-3 on iplayer last night!
It was shown on the BBC Scotland channel at 10pm last night, so should be on iPlayer now.Too much plot, less is more.
The story of a respectable urban lawyer being sucked into money laundering, should be a whole different series.

Just watched final episode, very good overall but seems to have left a lot of dangling threads - upcoming post mortem chiefly among them.
Bit of a Long Good Friday homage at the end?
I thought exactly the same as I watched him being driven away.Bit of a Long Good Friday homage at the end?
I thought he might have traded information about the gangster for an immunity agreement.
Overall, I thought it started well but tailed off to a somewhat predictable end.
