I have the opposite problem, been living in my place for 9 years but the gf when she visits never puts things back where there supposed to be, so I can never find things
They do it on purpose to :-
a) Wind you up
b) Make you look stupid
c) Make you think you are going mad
But I think it is d.

Same routine every day, like a dog, opens one drawer...nope, not in there , next drawer, nope, ...
Are they all like this?
Have you noticed that we start by looking in one place, then seeing that it's not there look elsewhere. But when we don't find it elsewhere either, we return to the first place just in case it has mysteriously appeared!?
I have no idea we we do that!? Must be a bloke thing.

I get home each night and my girlfriend is neither in the Kitchen or the Bedroom, the places where i usually leave her.
Why can't women stay where we leave them ?
is anyone else still unused to the fact that vixpy's got a bird?![]()
It seems to have inflated his ego.
He's got a blow-up one that hides from him?

and dogs!!
I must be the exception, and a freak too. I know exactly where every single item I possess is at any time. If I want anything, I can go straight to it, even if it has been in a box in the loft for years. If it isnt there, I wont look for it, because I know it has been moved by someone else, so I demand of the family to know where? why? etc. Even if something has not actually changed location, but has been moved just a few millimetres, I know, and want/need to know why?

Well Fish is anyway... he'll look for something, then ask me where it is, I'll tell him, he'll look and swear blind it isn't there, I will then go to where I have told him and it will be there.

apparently the scientific reason why women seem better at finding things than men is because women visualise the object whereas men just think of the name. so it might be right infront of a bloke and he wont notice it cos our brains work differently to womens'.
i just pity the poor scientists who had to actually research this!
