Have you looked into affiliate programmes with the lease companies you have recommended to your friends/family? That would be where I'd start, as the outlay is likely to be minimal.

I did exactly this, albeit for slightly different reasons. Unless you really want to be a salesperson then I'd not recommend this line of work.

You'll also need to be registered with the FCA (not as hard as it first looks) and need feeds from lots of lease sources. Working with www.calas.co.uk you can be up and running pretty quickly.

I stopped doing this as the margins were getting squeezed, I didn't really want to be a salesperson (i prefered the marketing side) and getting access to the BEST deals isn't easy if you're from outside the industry.
