I have looked at the thread.

With a title and a first post like the those on there, that is all I am going to do!

Other bib may give an opinion but if I do, the author will not respond kindly to my opinion of him or his predicament (just as he did to Green V8S).

PS It would appear his gripe should be at the manufacturer

With an attitude like that, the course and result of the confrontation would be inevitable!

Perhaps now you've had time to cool down, you could have another go at explaining what your issue is.

Was the 20% measurement accurate?
Is it true that 20% is illegal?
Is it reasonable for the police to take action against you if you drive an illegal car?

As far as I can see the answer to all these questions is "yes", but if you disagree then I'd be interested to understand why.

I can understand your response,but could you please let us know when this law came into force,I presume its a manufacturers requirement but when from.
