Numan's is definitely a transplant, he was quite open about it. also, Numan is awesome.

And I think they were unsuccessful, hence resorting to the ridiculous wig.

There's no way that's transplanted 'natural' hair. Why does it look like shiny polyester and hang in those unnatural fringey bits?
