rear brakes on me 95 chim

the rear caliper piston is jamed out need to get it of the car cant remove hand brake cable is there an ajuster some were(sorry for the spelings)

The rear caliper pistons screw back into the bore.
If you haven't a tool to do this then a pair of long nose pliers will do. Apply some pressure while turning.
You will need 13mm and 15mm spanners to remove the upper part of the caliper from the bracket.
The cable will come off if you push the lever without the pads in place.
Everything is self adjusting. Just make sure when you put it all back together that the slots in the piston are vertical or the pad will stand proud of the piston.
