If legit, some kind of "sponsored message" banner would be appropriate disclosure.

Or better yet, only allow them to post in a specific forum for advertised messages...

They pay to advertise but yes a banner of sorts would probably be better.

Good point. They have a few threads that are just marked as stickies, so I'll change to sponsored so it's more clear that they're paid for.
