2019 BMW X3 20d M Sport 19" vs 20"

Hi All, I am looking to purchase a new X3 20d M Sport soon and trying to decide on spec.
I have a choice between a standard 20d M Sport on 19s (Run Flats) with the standard sport suspension setup or one with the M Sport Plus Pack which included 20" (Non run flats) and variable dampers.
I've had a quick test drive in the standard M Sport model on 19's which felt ok but almost all reviews state that the M Sport model needs the variable dampers. As this is likely going to be a long term purchase,any feedback from anyone with experience of both or either model would be appreciated.
